What does an IT consultant do?

An IT consultant provides independent, senior advice and practical delivery across your technology, including support, infrastructure, security, cloud and supplier management. Where products or specialist partners are sourced on your behalf, this is always agreed in advance and fully transparent.

Can you act as our complete IT department?

Yes. I can take responsibility for all of your IT, including support, suppliers, security and projects, with specialist partners engaged where needed. The scope is agreed in writing and grows with your business.

Do you handle small issues as well as large projects?

Yes. Whether it is a single laptop, a printer or a complete infrastructure project, you contact one person and the requirement is resolved, either directly or through a trusted partner.

Can you work alongside our existing IT team or provider?

Yes. Specific services such as security, cloud, projects or supplier management can be delivered alongside an internal IT team or an existing provider, without replacing what already works.

Can you help us adopt AI safely?

Yes. Which technologies do you work with?

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Veeam, Cisco networking and the Google marketing and analytics tools, among others. Recommendations are always based on your requirements rather than a preferred vendor.

How much do your services cost?

Projects are quoted at a fixed fee and ongoing services are provided on a monthly retainer. The first consultation is free of charge, and a written proposal is provided before any work begins.

Do you provide onsite and remote support?

Both. Support is provided remotely wherever possible, with onsite visits across Malta and Gozo when the work requires a physical presence. Clients elsewhere in Europe are supported remotely.

Can you manage our Google Ads and Analytics?

Yes. I set up and manage Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console and Google Business Profile, with monthly reporting that shows what is working and what should change.

Can you help with NIS2 compliance?

Yes. I carry out gap assessments against NIS2, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls, then help you close the gaps with a realistic, prioritised plan and the documentation auditors expect.
