Short version: I only use your details to reply to you.
This site is run by Darren Grech, an independent IT consultant in San Ġwann, Malta. I comply with the GDPR and Maltese data protection law.
What I collect
Through the contact form: your name, email, company (optional), topic and message, plus your IP address to block spam. Personal data is never sold.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver my services.
How long
Enquiries are deleted after 24 months unless we’re working together.
Your rights
Ask to see, fix or delete your data any time: info@darrengrech.com. You can also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
Visitor statistics
This site counts page views on its own server without cookies and without storing IP addresses or any personal data. Only the page address, the date and, where available, the referring website are recorded.

Where Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager or other measurement tools are used, they run in Google’s consent mode and non essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
