Integrating a New Game Provider Without Disrupting Your Platform

New content drives player engagement, but every integration carries risk. How to add providers safely.

Adding game providers keeps a casino competitive. Each integration, however, touches wallets, reporting and compliance, so it needs a disciplined approach.

Before You Start

  • Confirm the provider holds the certifications required for your target markets.
  • Clarify whether integration is direct or through an aggregator.
  • Agree responsibilities, contacts and support hours in writing.

During Integration

  1. Use a staging environment that mirrors production.
  2. Test the wallet flow thoroughly: bets, wins, rollbacks, timeouts and duplicate requests.
  3. Check reporting and reconciliation so finance and compliance data match.
  4. Verify responsible gaming controls such as limits and exclusions apply to the new content.

Launch

Release to a limited set of games or markets first, monitor error rates closely and keep the provider’s technical contact on standby.

Afterwards

Document the integration, including endpoints, credentials handling and escalation paths, so future changes are straightforward.
